Her time in Chicago reignited her passion for storytelling, sparking a vision rooted in celebrating Black culture.

Jasmine, born and raised in Greenville, NC, is the founder of XO Collective Solutions. With a knack for organizing and a passion for executing flawless plans, she loves helping businesses and events run like a well-oiled machine. Her expertise spans project management, client communication, and business organization, making her a go-to for creating efficient systems, tackling complex projects, and pulling off seamless events.

Monica McMillan, Chief Experience Officer of Creators + Company, is a creative entrepreneur born and raised in Raleigh, NC. A Meredith College graduate with a degree in Marketing and a diverse background in Fashion and Caregiving, she has over 10 years of experience in Event Curation and Coordination.

Now based in Charlotte, NC, Monica blends wellness and creativity to empower individuals, teams, and friends through intentional experiences, conversations, and resources for the BIPOC creativepreneur community.
